For shared saunas, you can book a sauna as an individual or with a partner, colleague or a couple of friends. You will most likely sit together with other sauna guests in a shared sauna. In some of the saunas there is a Finnish sauna option, where the person closest to the heater can pour water on the heater to create steam/showers.
DKK 150 per person for 1 hour in the sauna.
There are 10 minutes before and after the 60-minute sauna for showering and changing.
Here you rent an entire sauna with room for 10 people and you will only sit with those you know. In the private sauna, you have the opportunity to become your own gus master and purchase a gus package consisting of nine different essential oils, fan, etc. that will help you have an extra great sauna experience.
You will receive a wooden tray with three sets of three essential oils of three different themes. For example: Wild forrest, juniper, blue chamomile – basil, mint, lemongrass – mountain pine, larch, cedarwood. They are “served” as 3 large moulded snowballs that melt on the sauna stones and 6 steel cups with pre-mixed oil and fresh water in the right proportions with a scoop to avoid burning yourself on the steam. The staff instruct the guests on how to do this. This makes the sauna as private as possible, as there is no stranger in the sauna during the booking.

During the transformative sauna shower, we give you the opportunity to push your own boundaries, both because we turn up the heat, but also because our specially selected music and unique blends of essential oils will invite you to look deep within.
We run 3 rounds of about 15-20 minutes per round. In between rounds, you can enjoy a cold bucket of water or a cold shower. All rounds will be experienced differently and you will be guided through via meditation, so that you can more easily embrace the extreme heat, the scents and the music that is played.
Gusen is for beginners and experts alike. You should have drunk 1-2 litres of water in the hours leading up to a gusand bring a towel to sit on. Homemade lemonade is included in the price.

Access to all facilities seven days a week during opening hours. However, members must book in like everyone else no later than 22.00 the day before they want to use the sauna. It’s easy and simple and costs nothing for members. We want to have enough capacity for our guests on Winter Island, and the best way to ensure this is for both members and non-members to book space in the saunas. This means that there may be occasions when the saunas may be fully booked (typically weekends) if you do not book in good enough time.
