Bartender – Summer 2025

Green Island CPH is a floating bar, café, and event venue in the heart of Copenhagen Harbor. We are looking for experienced and committed bartenders to join our team for the summer season 2025.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working behind a bar
  • Are responsible and service-minded
  • Are a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Speak English and ideally also Danish
  • Are available to work evenings and weekends – this is essential

Captain – Seasonal Boat Operator – Summer 2025

Green Island CPH is looking for qualified boat operators to captain our Woodies – small private charter boats sailing in Copenhagen Harbor. This is a seasonal part-time position, with the option of full-time work if you are open to assisting in other areas (bar, kitchen, etc.) when not sailing.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with boating or sailing
  • Responsible and safety-conscious
  • Strong communication and guest-handling skills
  • Fluent in English and/or Danish
  • Available to work evenings and weekends

Co-manager

As Co-manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations, big events and ensuring high levels of service and efficiency, while helping to onboard and train new staff in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be part of an existing management team and therefore teamplay is vital.

 

We expect that you

  • Have prior experience in hospitality and/or team leadership.
  • Are reliable, structured, and proactive – a natural leader who can keep a cool head under pressure.
  • Are a quick learner with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy working with a diverse team.
  • Speak English fluently.
  • Availability during evenings and weekends is essential.

Pizza master and pizza assistant

For summer 2025, we are expanding our kitchen and looking for skilled kitchen staff to manage our pizza stations.

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Has prior experience in a kitchen environment
  • Can work efficiently during busy hours
  • Is familiar with pizza ovens (training can be provided)
  • Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
  • Speaks English and/or Danish
  • Is available to work evenings and weekends – this is essential.

Would you like to work in a vibrant and unique setting in the heart of Copenhagen? Green Island CPH is a floating café, bar, and event venue located in Copenhagen. We are currently hiring flexible and committed all-rounders to join our team for the summer season 2025.

 

  • Taking orders at the register
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Clearing tables and keeping the area tidy
  • Assisting your teammates in providing a great guest experience

 

Requirements:

  • Are flexible and enjoy switching between different tasks and responsibilities
  • Are service-minded, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Work well in a team and contribute with a positive attitude
  • Speak and understand English
  • Have experience in hospitality or service – this is a plus but not a requirement
  • Are open to working 20+ hours per week, preferably more during peak season
  • Are available to work evenings and weekends – this is essential
